Conditional change to a cell
My sheet is setup with several columns but I need the formatting applied over two of them. Titles are NIGO date and is a date that the item was added to the sheet. The second is a drop it titled Advisor Action Needed and is a drop down list of statuses.
I need two things:
I need the cell for Advisor Action Needed to change color if the date in the NIGO date field is three days old
I then need it to both change color and the actual status at 5 days old
(preferable if I can count business days only).
I've tried to setup conditional formatting but I can't choose a condition to go X days beyond a date and I'm not sure how to instruct it to change the status rather then just change the color or font, etc.

Conditional formatting would be used to change the color, but actually changing the status would have to be done using a formula.
