Columns Widths when Printing Smart Sheet

I have come back to SS after a year or so and am enjoying using except, my main bugbear from last time has not be fixed!

The width of the text when printed (or pd fing) does not reflect what's in my SS model. Lots of additional space in cols when printing, Very frustrating, please fix this SS.
