Moving a sheet to a different workspace?

Hello everyone.

I have a question regarding moving a sheet. If I move a sheet to another folder, does that change the user access and more importantly change the Public share only link. I already shared the public link with a few users. I do not want to change/break the link.

The URL's do not change, but the sharing permissions COULD. If someone is shared to the sheet itself, then they will remain shared to it, but if someone has access to it through the workspace, then they would lose access to it when it is moved out (unless they also have access to the new workspace).

Hi @mkilci,

Be aware that if you move a sheet to a different Workspace it will be shared with everyone in that Workspace.
