2 questions: Reminders/Alerts & Dates in a contacts' calendar possible?
When we set reminders/alerts it goes out as an email. Is there another option for the reminder to appear a a pop up as in outlook?
Also, if we have a contact column and a date column, is it possible for the dates assigned to certain contacts be imported in their outlook calendar? And then they could have a reminder that way?

Ah ok. Unfortunately it is an all or nothing kind of thing. Feel free to Submit a Product Enhancement Request though.

The answer to both of your questions is unfortunately "No".
For the second one though, you can publish a sheet as an iCal and then import that into your outlook calendar. There can be up to a 15 minute lag between when the sheet is updated and when it updates in Outlook.

Thank you, that was what I thought but was hoping I was lacking in my research. Yes I have imported the calendar into my outlook but I was looking to have specific rows for a certain contact go to their calendar. Not all the rows. Thanks so much. I'll have to resign myself to emails. Thanks again! :)
