Using smartsheet forms
Is there a way to edit a form once it has been submitted? (Without creating a new one)

TO edit, you can send an Update Request. If you just want to send a copy, you can use an Alert.

Yes, you can use the Advanced options and select which columns you want to include in the Alert.

Yes, click on Forms button from your sheet menu bar.
-Manage Forms
Window will open with your current forms for that sheet.
Then click the 3 dots, and select Edit

Yes, sorry. I wasn't clear enough. I meant after a user has filled out the form and submitted it to the sheet. What we have going here is a form link for people to use all across the business, and only few user's will have access to the main sheet. We would like a copy for be saved, and sent to the person who completed the form.

@Paul Newcome One more question for you about forms. I tried both of your suggestions, and its working great. But is there a way to modify what fields are shown in the email? Our main sheet has more fields than we have decided to put on the form
