How do I use IF formula to change a colour based on a percentage column?

@Genevieve P Thanks for pointing this out on another thread. I am not sure why, but I am forever swapping the "a" out with an "e".
Try this corrected version and see if it works for you.
=IF(AND([Systems - Required (next 3 months)]@row <> "", [Systems - Required (next 3 months)]@row <> "July"), "Gray")

Haha, no worries! I default to "Grey" myself, and only noticed when it returned the text instead of the status ball. I've tested your formula and it should work, so I'd be interested to see a screen capture from @Deepa SP to go over what the error could be.
