Bulk Upload Limitations

Hi,

I'm trying to update via an upload over 2,000 rows and 50 columns from Excel to Smartsheet in one of my reports.

I got a message stating that there is a limit to how many cells you can upload. Can someone tell me what is that limit and if you have a workaround on how to do recurring bulk upload from excel to Smartsheet? Also is there a limit on copying and pasting on sheets and is it different from reports?
