System failure - file upload not possible (Edge, IE, Firefox) and lost connection

Since one week I cannot connect with Community / help desk over Firefox (only with IE or Edge)

Since today additionally Uploading files in new Questions/discussions is not possible (Firefox, IE or Edge).

It seems as if there are massive problems -
