Save as New folder creation based on field value in sheet

We have a master sheet that contains all of our projects that are submitted and as new projects are approved (indicated by a value in a field), we make a copy of a template folder (Save as New). Is there a way to automate this process in Smartsheets? Ideally as the field goes from submitted to approved I'd like the folder to be automatically created and renamed based on information provided in the sheet.

This isn't possible directly within Smartsheet, but it may be possible using the API or a 3rd party app such as Zapier.

Paul is correct, and Zapier might work, but it's limited so if you use cell-links and other similar features enabled it will not work.

@Andrée Starå Thanks for the input. I didn't know that cell linking and whatnot wouldn't pull through. I never think about Control Center because I don't have access to it.
