Save as New folder creation based on field value in sheet


We have a master sheet that contains all of our projects that are submitted and as new projects are approved (indicated by a value in a field), we make a copy of a template folder (Save as New). Is there a way to automate this process in Smartsheets? Ideally as the field goes from submitted to approved I'd like the folder to be automatically created and renamed based on information provided in the sheet.
