Salesforce Connector: Why did my location get taken off when I applied a filter?

My location that is synced from a Salesforce Connector gets taken off when I apply filters such as Closed Won, Closed Lost, etc. Can someone tell me why that is? One filter shows the locations, but the other two get it taken off when I do nothing differently besides change the name of the status.
