Customizing Confirmation Email
I have a smartsheet that has multiple workflows. One of the workflow goes external to the company (to my suppliers) asking for approval. This email involved supplier opening the file attached to the request, reviewing the data and then approving / rejecting the request. Other then this attachment, they do not have access to the smartsheet or even have the link to access the smartsheet.
However, once they submit their decision, they get a confirmation email back with their decision. But this email has both the option to "Log in" as well as the actual link to the smartsheet. Please see attached document. Since they are external entities, they cannot log in or open the link. Nevertheless, I do not feel secure with them even having the links to attempt.
Question: Can the confirmation email be disabled? If not, can it be modified to include only the statement that their submission has been received without any of the links?

Unfortunately, it's a no to both questions. It's not possible now to modify or disable the confirmation, but both options are excellent ideas!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Thanks for responding. I have submitted an enhancement request. Now hoping that it will be taken up. I may have to disable my workflow...that's sad after all the work I have put into creating the whole flow and training a team of folks to start using it.

Happy to help!
As a possible workaround, you could maybe use Update Requests instead or even the Proofing feature.
Would that work/help?
