Hai all. I need to combine 6 individual sheet into one master sheet. Then need to see all the detail. each sheet have about 120 line item.
can any one help.

Depending on the Smartsheet access you have, you could make a report from all the sheets, including all the fields you want to see in the report.
Search the community for "Reports". You'll get all the information you need.

I currently have a scheduled weekly report for our CIO that pulls for 6 sheets to create an overall project status sheet.
The report can then be emailed as a PDF or Excel.

If you truly wish to combine 6 into 1, you can use the move row feature. Highlight the rows you wan tto mve on one sheet, right click on left side, select move row, select sheet you want to move the rows to (make sure to select incude attachments and converations). There is also a copy row feature, which leaves the rows intact on the original sheet, but creates an exact copy on the master sheet.
The Report option is great but for some reason the Master report will not allow me to bring the columns with Date values and for those columns with check box there is no option to display whatever values is there it only gives me check or unchecked. Is there a workaround to this ?
Will this move feature update the master sheet automatically when new rows are entered in the source individual sheet?
