File Storage for Global Intake Form

Hi there,

I just wanted to clarify that the limit (250 MB for Licensed user) is based on the full sheet storage, correct? Not per upload?

I'm a licensed user and am creating an intake/approval form that would allow others from around the world to enter data and store items (like donation receipts, NDA's, Contracts etc.). With the capacity, is there any issues with GDPR that we should be aware of using Smartsheet as the storage of these items?

Hi Sarah,

File storage limit actually depends on plan-type; you'll want to check the Limits Policy based on your Plan, here: https://www.smartsheet.com/legal/limits-policy

The file size for uploading is 30MB when attaching through a form, for any user (see the very bottom of the page, here).
