Resource allocation total per group

Hi there,

I can see in resource view, you can see the individual resource utilisation, but can you see a aggregated total per group anywhere, without having to export to excel and adding formula's?

One way to do this is create a separate "reference" sheet with resources and the group they belong to. Then use look-ups from your project sheets to count resources by groups, etc. and perhaps put it in the Sheet Summary section.

I'll try your suggestion, to see if it works for this particular sheet.

I guess i was hoping there was just an option to show a summary view by group, the resource view is very limited in the options, seemingly just export to excel and do anything else there.
