Formula disappears after manual entries
We formulas on a line based on a Yes/No Question. It works great if they answer yes, then the formula works and is brought up for subsequent entries. However, if they answer NO and enter data in the lines where the formula is, then the subsequent entries do not have the formula anymore. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Paula,
Not sure I follow!
Can you maybe share some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!
Best,

Yes...thank you! Adding here.

Happy to help!
It doesn't work because when they type in the address manually, the formula is deleted, and it breaks the auto-fill pattern.
Make sense?

Yes, I was just hoping you had some magic that we could apply. We revamped our form. Thanks as always! Stay well.

You can add in another column that is used for the "display" address.
Basically you would have the user either mark yes or no and if no enter the new address. Then this new column would have a formula that says if yes then pull initial address but if no then pull the other address.

You're more than welcome!
You could use so-called helper columns to make it work.
Is that an option?
