What am I missing? Return a specific name based on a code.

Trying to return a specific name based on a code. So simple - I think my brain must have fried:

=IF(Region@row)= EB, "Darren Kirby", IF(Region@row) = NB, "Doug Holmes"))

=IF(Region@row = "EB", "Darren Kirby", IF(Region@row = "NB", "Doug Holmes"))
