Sharing specific cells when criteria is meet

I would like to have a live display running which displays certain cells as required.

We operate a skydive company, and would like to use smart sheets to display the next flight information on a separate screen,

The easiest way I can think of is to share certain cells once a check box is ticked. they would then stop sharing once the check box was un-ticked.

any advise would be hugely appreciated.

You could use a Dashboard with a report that would show the ticked items only and also update automatically.

Would that work?

Excellent!

Here's an excellent resource. You'd use the What? Criteria and that it should show if the checkbox in the sheet is checked.
