Hello,

I'm looking into creating a sheet that will be populated with examination information. Forms will be used for students to submit their requirements but I also want them to book slots.

Is there a way of having a drop down of times but once one student has chosen X time then that is no longer available and only shows available slots on the forms.

Hi James,

There are a couple of workarounds.

One way could be to have the form and available times side by side in a Dashboard and have a so-called helper column with a formula that moves the used slots to another sheet, or something similar.

Make sense?
