"View in smartsheet" link causing problems

Why do the Send emails include the "View in smartsheet" link? They don't have access; they can't do this. People keep clicking on it and requesting access. Instead of just using the information in the email. Update Request seems to understand who has access and who doesn't but Send slaps it on everything.
