New user access in dynamic view

hi ,

In my current project, some of end users are not added in non licences smartsheet account(organization account) but i will share dynamic view access to the users using view settings..

when i share dynamic view, users 1st sign up and then login smartsheet account.. so my question is to access dynamic view, users must be added in my organization account(non licences smartsheet account) or users can view dynamic view without any issues ..?

please suggest...

Hi Yashwant,

You can share Dyanmic Views to any users that have a Smartsheet account - this can be non-licensed or it can be an account that is not added in your organization.

However, you may want to check the settings for your Organization, as System Admins can add restrictions to the domains that are being shared to (see here).

If you encounter any errors or issues when trying to share a view you can contact Smartsheet Support.
