There has not been a response from Smartsheet to this since 2017. Does anyone review these posts????

Yes, please!  As a brand new user, I just assumed the contacts would have all of these fields included.  Really surprised that it doesn't.  Would make a huge difference.  One of the reasons I wanted Smartsheet was so all team members would all have the same information all in one place and eliminate errors.  This is part of the efficiency.
