Splitting form data from multi-select field into multiple columns on sheet

I am trying to use SmartSheet to send out a form to vendors that allows them to select choices in a Multi-Select field. I then need to have the choices the vendors selected in the multi-select field split out into a binary type of indicator on multiple columns in the SmartSheet in order to use the data in a meaningful way. Does anybody know of any functionality or formula that might be able to help with this? Thanks!
