Message "Upgrade to use this capability"
I am an administrator on an Individual Plan. On your website (link below) it shows under the heading "Automation" that I can utilise the Request an approval automation "...manage multi-step approval processes,..."
But when I do this, I receive the message "Upgrade to use this capability. Request Upgrade to a Business or Enterprise plan to enable Automation"

These account-specific issues are best dealt with by contacting our Support Team directly with the email address you use to access Smartsheet.
Is it possible that you are on an older plan offering that has slightly different functionality (see here)? You can check to see what account-type your email is associated with by clicking on your Account icon, then selecting Account Admin (see here).
