Smartsheet and collaboration

Hi there,

I was wondering if it possible to identify who is currently working on smartsheets?

We have a number of sheets that we collaborate it and it would be useful to know if my colleagues were also in the sheet to ensure there is no duplicate efforts / errors encountered.

Hi Zoe,

Yes, you will see if someone else is in the sheet at the same time. It will show with a circle at the top right side of the window.

Hi Andree,

Thanks for that. It is strange, this option is unavailable to me. Is there something that we may need to configure in the back-end or advanced admin settings to allow us to view this?

As far as I know there isn't a setting for it.

What type of account do you have?
