Zapier does not have an option to use a date field as a trigger to generate a calendar invite.

I'm trying to do the same thing! I see a few posts about this in other threads and no answers except from the friendly "consultants" who want our business. I feel like there is a way to do it and hope someone from Smartsheet responds!

So I have set up an event registration system where the event hosts attach the invite to the SS row for their event. The link to the attachment is copied into a field on the row. Registrants receive a link to the invite via a workflow that is triggered when their registration is submitted and if there are seats available to that event.
