How to auto send a form wkly to several contacts?

Hello

I have a internal team survey which collects info via a simple form onto smartsheet. This is emailed around on Friday ea week.

(the team members dont have access to the sheet themselves as it contains sensitive info)

currently i have a task reminder in outlook ea wk which works but it would be easier to automate if possible.

Is there a way to make this an auto send from smartsheet?

Yes, there is.

I’d recommend setting up a recurring alert in Automations and include the link to the form.

Would that work?

Tried it yesterday to test just to me but it never came......i have edited it to come dailly to me from today at noon - hopefully it will work today....??

Is there some setting - reason why it wont send at a short notice?

First, make sure that you have allowed yourself to receive notifications properly in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the upper right corner) and secondly check the Permission setting for the Automations. (cog in the top right corner in the Automation overview)

If the above doesn't fix it.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
