Round Robin/Cue Function?

Hello, I'm looking to incorporate a simple round robin feature, i.e.:

Column Header Titles: C1) Unique ID C2)A C3)B C4)C

Step 1) Person S uses simple form that only requires Person S to enter a unique ID - the person enters that and saves it

Step 2)That information entered would be saved to column C1.

Step 3) That information is then copied to column C2.

Repeat steps 1 and 2.

Step 3) That information is then copied to C3.

Repeat steps 1 and 2.

Step 3) That information is copied to C4

Repeat steps 1 and 2.

Step 3) That information is copied to a new row under C2.

Could you provide a screenshot of some "mocked up" sample data to show what you are trying to accomplish?

Sorry for the delay, Paul. Here are the screenshots in order titled by letters, i.e. "A)"

B) (The form "Person S" would fill out)

C) (Sheet updated with the form data)

D) (Sheet with 7 entries from "Person S")

@Moruza This is a pretty old thread. What exactly are you wanting to accomplish?

We are trying to do a round robin for tickets that are submitted into our group.

The workflow is as follows:

Ticket submitted via form
Ticket number assigned
Status goes from blank to submitted
Marilyn gets notified
Marilyn approves
Status moves to pending
Ticket goes to next person (John)
1. (John) Accepts or declines
  1. If he Accepts, he works on the ticket, if he declines, it goes to the next person (Jane)
    1. (Jane) Accepts or declines
      1. And so on…

The problem is if time passes and John closes out his ticket and another ticket is submitted, because he is available and this is how the workflow is set up, it will follow the same process and the ticket will go to John instead of Jane.

Does this make sense?
