Is there a way or alternative way in referencing a formula from the Report?
Hi,
I have a huge data in my sheet which is automatically fetching data from a google sheet. And to summarize my data to which I need, I am planning to use a Report but when I am computing for a COUNTIF, I have realized that the we can't reference a formula from the Report yet.
Is there a new feature to convert Report into sheet? If no, how you managed to do it? Any alternate way?
I have read that Index/Match can be use but I don't know how to do it.

@Andrée Starå @Paul Newcome I have you read some of your advice in using INDEX/Match from some of the questions related to referencing a formula from the Report. Kindly help me with alternative solutions?

Hi @Benjo09
As a possible workaround, you could maybe export the report to Excel and then import/copy the data to a Smartsheet sheet.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

Hi Andree,
Yes, I also see that as alternative but I was required to automate the process. I am thinking to use "copy rows" from the automation workflow and set the trigger every sunday then get the last 7 days. But the problem is, status is being updated even the week is already past.
Right now, I'm thinking to make my Metric Sheet refer directly to the "Working Sheet". Is there a direct formula of SUMIF/s or CountIF/s that can calculate a WEEKLY and Monthly value based to the "Created Date"?

Yes, there is. You'd use the WEEKNUMBER AND MONTH functions combined with your SUMIF(S) / COUNTIF(S) or similar.
Would that work?
