Is there a way to view "previously scheduled date" in a schedule change notification?

We are a manufacturing company using Smartsheet for product scheduling. We have team members asking for notification of a schedule change - which is no problem - but they are also asking to see the previously scheduled date (basically, what did it change from?). We want to push this information to them in a workflow as they are not able to go into the sheet and review cell history. Is there a way to pull the "last date" of a cell into another one so we can include it in the notification email?

I'm pretty sure I'm grasping at straws here, but thought I'd ask!
