Complete database is appearing in the email, when the user is submitting request form
Hi,
I have may dependent columns in a form that are being controlled through logic setting in the form builder.
All the database columns are getting mailed to the Requestor , not only the fields that are visible in the form.
I want to avoid this,, but i did not get any option the so this in Form Setting.
Please help! Immediate response is appreciated.

Do you have an automation/workflow created to alert the Requestor and that's where all the fields are showing up?
If so - you can control what columns show in that workflow email alert...
To the right of "alert someone" in the workflow creator, there are 3 vertical dots. Click those and you will see "Advanced Options". Here you can click "display only these columns" and pick the ones you want to show in the email.
