How can I keep form formatting in the update request?

I'd like to understand how I can keep the form formatting when using the update request function. I know I can limit the actual columns that are viewed, but the horizontal radio buttons, headings, dividers, etc. do not display in the form when updating through Request an Update.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to design the Update Request except through placeholders or columns and the message/subject area, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment
