How to avoid columns to send end users

HI,

when I trigger alert or reminders mail to end user, all columns are to be add in mail body. so how to avoid columns when when send mail to end users..

I don't need to send any columns details to the end users. send only date based mail and some message on mail body only.

You’ll need to include at least one column in the Alerts/Reminders.

I'd also recommend to seeing if you can use the Placeholder feature in any way.

thanks for your reply... but my sheet have 300+ rows. not good to add all 300+ rows in mail body.. please suggest.

No, you shouldn't add all rows to the alert. Do you need to send an alert for all 300 rows at the same time? If yes, I'd suggest creating a report instead.

Can you describe the process in more detail?

I have master data sheet. when Prepare create data for current month, in a selected date, mail trigger to end users that data sheet ready to use and update..

mail trigger date is available in master data sheet.
