Is there a way to view or export a Workspace Directory to show you what all sheets are under each workspace and what all sheets are connected by formuals or reports?
In the Smartsheet Admin Center, under "Manage Users", and "More Actions", you can download the Sheet Access Report.
That report gives you a list of all the sheets and the workspaces they are included them. It downloads as a CSV, which you can open in Excel, and set up a Pivot Table to show the Sheet Names by Workspace.
It wont tell you which sheets are connected via formulas, reports, or cell links - I'd love to have that as well.
Hello! I created two sheets with separate forms and when I checked to see if anyone had submitted the forms yet, I didn't see anything on either sheet but when I click on "manage forms" it says that there are 62 submissions for one and 18 for the other.
