Creating an average based on 3 different sheets

I'm trying to create an average based on 3 different sheets. Right now I have 3 sheets (Tracker, Completed, Dead) these all have a summary calculation to give me the total number of sites for each developer. I'm trying to create a number for each developer that tell me how many sites get completed on average.

Right now I know how many are live and how many die & how many they have completed but I need to get a number of how many get completed based on an average.

How are you currently pulling your counts for each of the individual stats?

I'm using summary on each sheet to count the developers names. This is the same formula for each sheet. I assume I'll need to create this info on a new sheet to get the counts for each but I'm not sure of the formula to make this work.

You are going to need to replicate these counts into a helper column on the sheet itself. Then you can use cell links or formulas with cross sheet references to pull these into a "master metrics" type of sheet.
