Is it possible to setup autosort from form answers?

If I have a form that asks for country on a drop down menu is it possible to automatically sort their answer on the sheet into regions based on certain country choices?

I believe this is possible but I am having a terrible time to try and find out.

Auto-sort is only available on reports. To maintain the sheet, you would need to regularly go in and refresh the sort.
