#REF on formulas and functions

I have had this error a couple of times on a sheet where I'm using a column formula to count occurrences on another sheet. When I look in the sheet reference I can see that the reference is broken. Editing the reference and reselecting the column it's meant to be referencing does not fix the error. The first time this happened I created a new reference and it worked for a couple of days.

I have workflows that are tied to this data and emails are being generated with errors so I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can you share some screenshots of the sheets/formulas used? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help.
