conversations without visible reference to incident/process
Hallo together,
I love the conversation functionality. Unfortunately, there is only a tiny indication what process the dialogue belongs to, i.e. at the end of the conversation at the bottom.
The reference should be bigger and in the subject line of the E-Mail message - you agree?
Any idea ?

The reference at the bottom of @mention email alerts currently isn't able to be customized or made larger - please submit an Enhancement Request to let our Product Team know of your idea!
If you click on the blue "Answer in Smartsheet" button, this will take you directly to the row where the comment is located in Smartsheet.

thanks for your reply.
In most cases we have more than one recipient of conversations.
The problem does not occur in emails or update notifications but in conversations
There you don´t have the blue answer button. ;-)
I started the request as proposed.
