COUNTIFS Help
I'm trying to do a count if criteria within two columns meet particular criteria. I keep getting the unparseable error message. My formula is:
=COUNTIFS({NCO-SD Intake Range 1}, [Contact Email]7, AND{NCO-SD Intake Range 2}, [Assigned Totals]6))
If I do the formula with the first portion only or the second it works fine, but when i join them, that's when the issue comes up.

You don't need the and statement, countifs just lets you keep typing in ranges and criteria.

=COUNTIFS({NCO-SD Intake Range 1}, [Contact Email]$7,{NCO-SD Intake Range 2}, [Assigned Totals]$6)

Thank you @L@123 ! That worked. How do I lock the formula, so it doesn't change as I drag it down?
