Intersecting Contacts and linked data
Hi there, thanks for all the contributions here - I already have solved so many issues. I'm stuck on one and hoping someone can think of a workaround:
In one row I have multiple contacts assigned in a contact type and I want to highlight the cell that intersects with another column. In this instance, its because I need them to insert the hours for that person in the box, but they tend to mess up the rate numbers if they aren't prompted (there are 13 of them). So ideal is if it highlights which boxes they need to complete, based on the contacts they listed. Is there a workaround or solution for that?

Yes, there is. We could either use the Conditional Formatting feature and/or add a message in a cell with more information. We'd probably need to create so-called helper columns to make it work.
Make sense?
I'd be happy to take a quick look.
Can you maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s)? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@getdone.se)
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Thank you so much Andre - that would be super helpful. I'll share with you now - I've just cleaned it up to focus on this piece.

Awesome - thank you Andre! It worked - I didn't realize you can use conditional formatting to label the presence of specific words and link that with the column. Great thinking! Super appreciate it!
