Form - Send me a copy of my response


My forms alway require the submitter to add their email address. When a submitter chooses "send me a copy of my response" at the bottom of the form, a blank box appears. The submitter has to enter their email address again. I recently submitted a Smartsheet Product Enhancement Request. When I clicked "send me a copy of my response" on their form, the email address that was already required on the form auto-populated in this box. How do I set this up on my forms?
