I have develop a specific tool using Smartsheet tables, reports and dashboards to execute project reviews meetings in my company. With this tool, I can select the project that I want to see in the Dashboard, based on our portfolio of projects, and I can see all the data related to this project selected as Financial data extracted from the ERP and the information updated by the project managers. Using this tool, we could save one day per project per Quarter avoiding slides preparation for the project review meetings.
