How can I identify which form was used to submit data

I'm using 2 different forms to create new rows on a sheet. I would like to know which form was used to enter the data. Is there a way to do this? I have tried using a URL query string to specify default values, but I don't know how to hide it form view.

I would suggest you to add a column "Form Name" in your sheet that would be a dropdown list.

Simply hide this field in the form in the field parameters and select the default value in it in each form.

Then this value will be added to the form each time either one is answered.

Also, to make it even more easier, you could use some conditional formatting and specify a different color based on the value of this cell.
