Multiple/Varying approvers for form
Hello, we're trying to automate the approvals process for one of our forms that's currently in word document form. Essentially the form would be signed by different supervisors, deans, and VPs. We are looking to get the form to smartsheets, have the form be able to determine which supervisor, dean, vp it would go to, and ultimately have the information on a sheet/document with final approvals. is this possible?

Yes, you'll need multiple approval workflows to do this, one for each approver. You can use a single automation that chains together each approval workflow or separate them out. If you want to run the entire chain every time, use one, if you want to be able to start in the middle, separate them out.
You can have separate columns for each approval response, or you can use the same one to save space. If using the same, I'd recommend having unique responses for each role so you can see where you are in the chain and what the status is.
