How do I prevent a reference to the tracker sheet on an Alert Someone workflow?

I created two workflows: Alert Someone 4x a month to send an email to specific people as a reminder to fill out a form AND an Alert Someone 4x a month to send notifications on an MS Teams channel. In both cases, it references the master tracker sheet. I only want my users to follow a link to a form I created for the tracker Sheet. On my custom message, I provide the link. However, the email or the notification on MS Teams also references the tracker sheet.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment to change it, but it's an excellent idea!

We recently released an update where you can now choose to only send the message from your automated alert without providing a link to the source sheet in the email. Our Release Notes page has more information, see here!

Keep in mind that if you want to send a message without a sheet link, but you also want some of the row content included in that message, you can add this dynamic data into your message by using specific formatting in your text (see our Help Center article on this, here.)
