Have not been able to save my sheet for a week...was working fine before

I just recently started having problems saving my main Smartsheet that is integral to my everyday tasks. I have done all the troubleshooting.....

I have tried opening this on a different browser with no success. I am using the most recent version of Chrome.

I'm no where near the size limit on this. Under 1300 rows, 70 columns.

I also save after each change, so I am not trying to save a lot at once. I can't even add a row currently.

It just says Saving your data...this save may take a little longer than usual. Then it says it can't reach Smartsheet. Meanwhile I can save all of my other sheets no problem.

Any help is appreciated.

Strange!

Try opening/saving the sheet in an incognito/private browser window or another browser.

If you haven’t already, I would also recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.
