Update Request E-mail problem
I have a workflow set up to where when a certain row has the word yes in it to send an update request. I can see that email in the row is highlighted and it shows that the update request is pending but the person that needs to update it never gets the email. I don't know what the problem is as all other workflows work fine and we get the email and was just hoping someone could help with this.

Try deleting it and then rebuilding it.
