How to Add Existing Sheets and Reports to a New Workspace

Our team has been working with an existing Sheet and Report that has been shared with multiple people and been in existence for months.

I don't see a way to add the existing Sheet and Report into a new workspace that we want to create. I only see options to create new sheets, items, etc.. Is there a way to add an existing sheet and report into a brand new workspace?
