Can we decide who receives emails when the comments are added?
I use Smartsheet as a request system for our team. We will have tickets that are assigned to the members of our team and the tickets are submitted by anyone. I want to customize who received emails when the comments are added. For example: If the person who submitted the request (Requestor) has added comments, I want an email to be sent to the Assignee (person in my team). And if the comments are added by the Assignee, then the email has to be sent to the Requestor. Is that possible?
