When attempting to have a sheet notify slack automatically I cannot find my channel

Only 5 channels appear in a drop down and I cannot identify a way to connect to the correct channel. Is there a way to locate/connect to my channel if it doesn't appear in the drop down?

Is it possible that you're logged into either Smartsheet or Slack with a different email/account? Try logging out/in again to see if that helps re-fresh the alert so it can pick up all your available channels. Also, keep in mind that Alerts in Smartsheet can only send to Slack channels, versus sending to groups of people under Direct Messages.
If you can confirm that you are logged in to both applications with the same email and that your preferred channel is indeed a channel but it's still not appearing in your list, then please reach out to Smartsheet Support providing screen captures of the behaviour you're experiencing so they can troubleshoot this with you directly.
Thanks!
