Adding another sheet to Form?

Is it possible to link another sheet to a Form?

Example: I have a form created but I want the drop down menu for staff to select to from another form.

I have a separate spreadsheet of list of Residents names, I want in my form staff to only be able to select residents from that spreadsheet, so that when I updated the Resident Spreadsheet the form will be updated with the most current residents.

Is this possible?

Yes, but it would require Data Uploader. With Data Uploader you could use your Resident's source sheet to update the drop down in your main form.
